Today St Bridget's is a member of the Northmoor Team of Churches in the Okehampton area on the north-west edge of Dartmoor. But St Bridget's has been the parish church for Bridestowe since the fifteenth century, though the village had earlier places of worship before the present church was built.  Services are shared with St. Thomas a Becket, Sourton.There is a morning service every second and third Sunday at St Bridget's  The church is currently open for visitors and private prayer every Sunday and Wednesday. Enquiries about baptisms and weddings are always welcome.
